Product Registration:
Please register product warranty within 10 days of delivery for best consumer experience.

Returns
- We have a 7-day free shipping return policy.
- After seven days, the replacement will not be applicable if warranty is not printed on the box or you do not have a warranty card.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll have to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- If the product you are sending for replacement has gone out of stock, then you can purchase another product of the same price.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
- If we do not receive any message about defective, damaged, or wrong items within 7 days of delivery, there will be no replacement in case of any manufacturing defect.
- If a product is physically damaged or has liquid damage, then it will not be accepted under warranty (even if the warranty is printed on the package or you have a warranty card).
Exchanges
- Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new product/replacement.
- Return will not be accepted if it has physical damage or liquid damage.
- Replacement of the product will require customers to have an invoice for the product.
Refunds
- We do not provide a warranty for the products available on our site unless mentioned on the packaging or on a warranty card.
- The product would be considered within the warranty if there is any technical issue or if the warranty is printed on the packaging or on a warranty card..
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the original payment within 7 business days.
- Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
